PYRGA STUDIOS The Pyrga Studios complex is on a 30.000 sq. m of private land in the midst of a beautiful countryside, in a quiet area on the outskirts of the small picturesque village of Pyrga. The Building complex is located southwest of the capital of Cyprus on the Nicosia-Limassol Highway at a very short distance from the 3 major cities (Nicosia - 30 km, Limassol - 40 km, Larnaca - 20 km). All necessary support facilities are available, i.e., offices with a computer network and e-mail system, high speed internet connection, reception, make-up rooms, changing rooms, wardrobes, engineering workshops, catering, cafeteria, and a swimming pool. Part of the building houses the broadcast facilities and continuity of the Pay TV channels Lumiere TV and ALFA TV. The building is also equipped with an electronic access system, central heating and air-conditioning, as well as alarm and modern fire -fighting systems that protects all areas. A security guard is on duty at all hours. An extension of the main building was completed in the spring of 1999. The new extension includes a large storage area, a video tape library, an engineering workshop and additional office space. The large parking lot surrounded by beautiful lawns and gardens can accommodate more than 50 cars in a safe and guarded area. Provisions have been made for sufficient private land available for future expansion.

Lumiere Services was established in 1987, laying the
foundation for the production of movies and television programmes in Cyprus. The company's
